Bismillah

As clearly indicated in the Ayah, Allah Shall not deny any human being the reward for his/her deeds, depending on the Niyah (intention), even of one's Niyah had been set for this Dunia and seeking the glitter, ornament, glory, and fruit, Allah Shall Give the person. Repeating therein in the Ayah is not haphazard, but rather to show affirmation of Allah's promise. We Muslims must take heed and understand why non Muslims are getting what they want and climbing up high. They are working hard, doing their best, and taking every avenue towards progress and improvement (but seeking this Dunia), so Allah Does not deny them their rights, on the contrary Allah Gives and Gives and Gives them all the reward they are seeking, but only in this Dunia.

Whosoever desires the life of the world and its glitter; to them We shall pay in full (the wages of) their deeds therein, and they will have no diminution therein. (Quran 11:15)

Jabir bin 'Abdullah (May allah be pleased with him) reported:

Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was passing through the bazaar with his Companions on his both sides, when he saw a dead skinny lamb. He held its ear and said, "Who of you would like to have it for a dirham". They replied, "We do not like to get it for nothing, and what shall we do with it?". Then he (ﷺ) asked, "Would you like to have it for nothing?". They replied, "Had it been alive, it would have been defective because it is skinny; but when dead it is of no use". Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Truly, the world is more contemptible to Allah than this (the dead lamb) is to you".
